For purchases made directly through my website shop I accept Paypal and Credit/Debit card payments (via Stripe).

For direct email enquiry payments, I accept Paypal and BACS.

Yes! I want to make my paintings accessible for everyone, so I offer an interest free payment plan option.

Please email me on hello@pollymerredewartist.com directly to arrange a suitable payment plan. If you choose this option, I will require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure the painting followed by up to 6 monthly payments.

The artwork will be shipped to you on receipt of the final payment.

Most of my canvas paintings are unframed unless stated otherwise. The majority are 4.5cm deep professional gallery canvases and therefore can be hung without a frame. I will attach string across the back, so they are ready to hang.

Yes, all artworks are signed and dated and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Yes, I’d love to welcome you to my studio. The kettle is always on here too! Please email hello@pollymerredewartist.com to arrange an appointment.

I am based in Coventry, West Midlands.

Yes. All artwork is fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

If you are not happy with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be given provided the artwork is returned in it’s original condition.
